The Windsor sounds great though a stainless dual exhaust setup and torque is delivered via a 3-speed automatic gearbox. It currently incorporates an Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4-barrel and MSD ignition. This Mustang was a 'C' code car from the factory – 289/2V (we do not know if this is the original block). A new aftermarket AM sound system delivers your tunes. There is fully functional A/C system, a complete set of factory gauges and a classic 'wood' 3-spoke wheel. The interior was fully restored using Mustang “Pony” seat upholstery and new carpeting. Period-correct 15” Mustang 'Magnum 500' chrome wheels mount BFGoodrich redline radials tires. A black vinyl top is in excellent condition and new chrome bumpers have been recently installed. The solid body was professionally reshot in original Silver Blue finish (Y code). This handsome 1966 Mustang coupe has had a nice partial restoration. The Mustang's styling, with its long hood and short deck, proved wildly popular and inspired a host of competition. The introduction of the Mustang created a new class of automobile known as the 'pony car'. The first generation Mustang was manufactured from March 1964 until 1973.
